Troubleshooting: Installation did not start when double click on AutoCount Setup file/Installer

Question : When I double click on AutoCount setup file, nothing happens! Even I copy/download the setup file and run again, installation still do not start. Why?

Version : 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

The setup file/installer being blocked.

Solution :

1) Right click on the setup file/installer and select for Properties.

2) Check the checkbox of Unblock and then click on Apply and OK.

3) You should able to run the setup now.

Note : Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the steps as above.
