Cloud Payroll - Subscription : Why is my company appeared in Subscription listing, but not in Company listing?
Question : Why is my company appeared in Subscription listing (Figure Q1), but not in Company listing (Figure Q2)?

Answer :
The company will appear in Company listing when its subscription status is Active.

To change the status, click on ‘Suspended’ and it will change to ‘Active’ .

Then the company will appear in Company listing.
