Question : What is the function of Claim Cutoff page in Year End Process

Answer :

Claim Cutoff is function to carry forward unutilized claim amount to the following year.

Example: Company 1 Sdn Bhd grants a yearly maximum of RM150 Optical Claim to their employees and the unutilized amount can be carry forward to next year at the maximum of RM100.

So if an employee under this employee group has unutilised Optical Claim, the system will show it at Claim Cutoff during Year End Process.

Click on the (...) button to expand the details and you may see the Claim Carry Forward amount in CF column.
