Question : What is the function of Encashment column at leave cutoff in Year End Process?

Answer :

Those un-utilized leave (maximum number of days) can be converted into cash, it will be calculated as paid leave in next year January payroll process.

1. For example, Employee E-0001 is given 2 days of AL encashment.

2. After completed year end, in January 2021 payroll process, the 2 days of encashment leave will be reflected at paid leave column.
