At Payroll Processor/Allowance column, check the checkbox ‘<span style='color:red'>tax</span>’ and choose rules at ‘Tax Exempted rules’ column as per below.

Once the tax exempted rule applied to the allowance, the amount will be shown in Column F in Income Tax EA Form.
