View source for Pos3/5/FNB: Reprint receipt always printed from other printer?

<u><b>Question :</b></u>

When Reprint Last Receipt (POS) / Reprint Last Bill (F&B) the receipt always printed from other printer, I already set default printer in POS/FnB, why?

<u><b>Possible Reason :</b></u>

Windows Default Printer issue. Because POS/FnB default printer setting is only for new transaction. AutoCount reprint last receipt/bill will follow Windows default printer.


<u><b>Solution :</b></u>

1.Go to <span style='color:red'>Control Panel</span> > <span style='color:red'>All Control Panel Items</span> > <span style='color:red'>Devices and Printers</span> > right click your actual <span style='color:red'>printer</span> > <span style='color:red'>Set as default printer</span>.

2.<span style='color:red'>Re-login</span> system press reprint last receipt/bill.
