<u><b>Question :</b></u>

In AutoCount, we can set posting account in several places with different priority.


<u><b>Solution :</b></u>

Higher priority (level 4) will overwrite the setting in lower priority (Level 2 then 1):


Priority 1: <span style='color:blue'>Cash Sales Account</span> set at <span style='color:red'>Tools</span> > <span style='color:red'>Option</span> > <span style='color:red'>Category G/L</span> > <span style='color:red'>Default Accounts</span>.

Priority 2: <span style='color:blue'>Cash Sale Account Code</span> set at <span style='color:red'>Stock</span> > <span style='color:red'>Stock Group Maintenance</span> > Edit all <span style='color:red'>Group</span> > <span style='color:red'>Posting Account</span> tab

Priority 3: <span style='color:blue'>Account Group</span> set at <span style='color:red'>POS</span> > <span style='color:red'>Maintenance</span> > <span style='color:red'>Terminal Maintenance</span> > Edit all <span style='color:red'>Terminal ID</span>

Priority 4: <span style='color:blue'>Account Group</span> set at <span style='color:red'>A/R</span> > <span style='color:red'>Debtor Maintenance</span> > Edit selected <span style='color:red'>Debtor</span> > <span style='color:red'>Others</span> tab.
