Question: What is on hand quantity and available quantity under Available Stock Status?

Answer:

On hand quantity is the balance quantity of your physical stock that excludes PO, SO and Stock Assembly Order.

Available quantity is the quantity that considers all your outstanding SO, PO and AO quantity.

Available quantity = On Hand quantity - Outstanding S/O quantity + Outstanding PO quantity + Stock Assembly Order quantity (finished goods) - Stock Assembly Order quantity (raw materials)
