Question: Why the stock item cost in stock card is different from the Purchase Invoice unit price? There is no active transaction for this item.
Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
Answer:
Most probably you're using "Landing Cost" module and have applied Local Charges or Foreign Charges in Purchase Invoice. Go to that Purchase Invoice and drag out the column of ‘Local Charges’ from column chooser, if the Landing Cost module is used, the Landing Cost will be added onto stock costing. The correct costing will be 100(unit price) + 10(Landing Cost)
Note: For more info about Landing Cost module, please refer to http://www.autocountsoft.com/products/ac_accounting/helpfile/AutoCountHelp.html?landing_cost.htm
