'''Question:''' When I key in ID & password to login AutoCount, there is an error message prompted ‘In order to use Remote USB Key, you must install AutoCount Backup server at Database Server Pc’. Why can’t I login AutoCount system?

<u><b>Possible Reason:</b></u>

You may have not yet installed AutoCount backup server at your AutoCount Server 

Or

AutoCount backup server service did not start causing your USB Key not readable. 

When AutoCount backup server service is not started, the icon will be in red color.

<u><b>Solution:</b></u>

1. If the AutoCount backup server is not installed in your PC, please contact your software dealer for the installation.

2. If AutoCount backup server is installed but the service do not start as the icon is in red color, double click the icon and the menu will show as below.

2.1 Click on the 
<span style='color:red'>Save & Apply</span> button. It will refresh and the service will be started.

2.2 When the icon is in green color, the application is working as intended. You should be able to login AutoCount.
