Question: When I try to activate license, it prompted an error “Activation failed with exception code -2146233087 The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.” Why?

Possible Reason :

The computer date & time was not set correctly.


Solution :

Check the setting of Date & Time in your pc. Make sure synchronize the time online or set time automatically in Date & Time setting on your pc. The time zone must use (UTC+08:00) Kuala Lumpur, Singapore.

You should be able to activate the AOTG license after changed the Date & Time setting.


Note: Please seek assistance from your software dealer if the problem still persists after performing the suggested steps.
