<u><b>Possible Reason :</b></u>

The access right is not granted.


<u><b>Solution :</b></u>

Go to <span style='color:red'>General Maintenance > Access Right Maintenance > AutoCount Accounting > 
General Ledger > View Transaction Summary</span>
, to grant the access right for the user.

View Posting Details again at the transaction, you should be able to Preview / Print now.
