Question: When I run GST Processor（Apr-June），the wizard shows unapplied amount in GST on Payment, but I have knocked off that payment entry?
Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0
Possible Reason:
AR Payment knock off date is later than current GST period (Apr-June), the system will consider it not yet been knocked off in the current period (Apr-June).
Solution:
- You may adjust the knock off date to fall into current period (Apr-June) if the earlier knock off date was wrong.
- If the knock off date is correct, there is no need to do anything.
