Question: When I backup I got this application error “Unknown SQL Exception… failed to retrieve for this error”. Why?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

This is mostly because of local disk space (local disk C) already full.

Solution:

Change temp folder and your backup location to local disk D.

1. Click on Option to change Temporary backup directory.
