Possible Reason:
The setting of "Allow Change Document Rounding Method" is not enabled.
Answer:
Go to Tools > Options > General > Miscellaneous. Tick the checkbox “Allow Change Document Rounding Method”.
Now, you should be able to change your rounding method.
