Troubleshooting: Company Name and Menu tab wording are missing

Question: On the main page, the company name and menu tab wording are missing?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason :

The computer does not have Tahoma font style. As AutoCount is using Tahoma and Microsoft San-Serif, this 2 font styles need to be available in the computer.

Solution:

1) Go to Control Panel > Appearance and Personalization > Fonts.

2) You would need to go to another computer with same path and copy the missing font style Tahoma and save to a movable drive.

3) Copy from the movable drive and paste the font style into the Fonts.

4) Re-login AutoCount, you should be able to access to any menu now.
