'''Questions:''' I get an error as shown below when installing AutoCount software. How can I solve this problem?

<u><b>Possible Reason:</b></u>

This is due to the windows user that you have logged in does not have sufficient privilege to install/uninstall software.



<u><b>Solution:</b></u>

Go to search bar and type %temp% and then press enter.

Then you will be navigated to the temp folder, right click at any of the blank space and then click on <span style='color:red'>properties</span>.

Navigate to <span style='color:red'>Security</span> Tab and then click on the <span style='color:red'>edit</span> button. After that, click on <span style='color:red'>Add</span> button and type everyone in the text box. Click on <span style='color:red'>OK</span> to exit.

You should be able to install or uninstall any software including AutoCount.
