Questions: I get an error as shown below when installing AutoCount software. How can I solve this problem?
This is due to the windows user that you have logged in does not have sufficient privilege to install/uninstall software.
Go to search bar and type %temp% and then press enter.
Then you will be navigated to the temp folder, right click at any of the blank space and then click on properties.
Navigate to Security Tab and then click on the edit button. After that, click on Add button and type everyone in the text box. Click on OK to exit.
You should be able to install or uninstall any software including AutoCount.
Note: Please contact your software dealer if your problem still persists after performing the action as above.
