<u><b>Possible Reason:</b></u>

The database previously set in consolidated profile has been deleted. However, the configuration in consolidated profile hasn’t been cleared. Thus, you can’t login to any account book in consolidation mode to consolidate financial report.




<u><b>Solution (1) :</b></u>

For this issue, temporary work around solution is to create new account book with the same database name “AED_Express”.  You should be able to login to consolidation mode after created new account book.

To delete this account book from consolidated profile, 

Login to any account book in consolidation mode and click on <span style='color:red'>Consolidate Profile</span>.

Select account book you wish to delete from the consolidated profile and click on <span style='color:red'>Delete</span>.

Click on Yes to <span style='color:red'>delete</span> the record.

<u><b>Solution (2) :</b></u>

There is another way to delete consolidate profile from SQL Management Studio.<br/>

1)	Login to SQL Management Studio, go to <span style='color:red'>Databases</span>, click on <span style='color:red'>AUTOCOUNT_CONSOLIDATE</span>, and click on <span style='color:red'>New Query</span>, type the following SQL query and click on <span style='color:red'>Execute</span>.


This SQL query is to show a listing of relevant files.

2)	To delete all consolidate profiles, type the following SQL query and click on <span style='color:red'>Execute</span>.<br/>

Now, you should be able to login Consolidated account book, and you may maintain new consolidate profile.
