<u><b>Possible Reason:</b></u>

You have not enabled the option “<span style='color:red'>Apply Filter by Agent in Lookup Editor</span>”. Thus, Sales agent can access other agent’s customers.


<u><b>Solution:</b></u>

To control sales/purchase agents’ rights to access other agent’s customers, check the checkbox <span style='color:red'>Apply Filter by Agent in Lookup Editor</span> under <span style='color:red'>Tools > Options > General > Application Settings</span>.

Sales/purchase agent only can access to their own customers now.
