Troubleshooting: Import Debtor error - These columns don't currently have unique values

Question : Error message prompted “These columns don't currently have unique values.” when Import Debtor thru Excel?

Possible Reason :

One or more column(s) in excel templates were not correctly maintained.

Solution :

You cannot have <<New>> in the column of DebtorCode.

Remove the contents for DebtorCode column.

OR ignore the DebtorCode column by copy the templates start from Company Name, but make sure the ‘Auto-create Debtor Code’ is enabled.

Then you should be able to import without Error.
