Troubleshooting: Installation error – An unexpected error is keeping you from creating the folder

Question: When I install AutoCount, it prompts me this an error ‘An unexpected error is keeping you from creating the folder’? what can I do?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

This error may due to hard disk is corrupted or windows Operating System is corrupted. Thus, you are unable to install AutoCount into your pc.


Solution:

You are advised to seek assistance from your IT administrator to fix this issue.
