Troubleshooting: Item batch not appeared in the drop-down list when creating a new invoice

Question: Why is item batch not appeared in the drop-down list when creating a new Invoice?

Version: 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0

Possible Reason:

Batch no is already expired and no longer available for sale.

Or

Your billing date of the batch item is later than its 'Last Sale Date', system does not allow you to sell this batch no.


Solution:

Please check the 'expiry date' or 'last sale date' of your item batch no. at Stock Item Maintenance > Item Batch.
