View source for Troubleshooting: Mouse wheel is not functioning with the drop-down list in AutoCount System

<b>Question:</b> When create new DO or Invoice, mouse wheel doesn’t scroll up or down in drop down list to search for an item code? I' m using windows 10. 

<b>Version:</b> 1.8 / 1.9 / 2.0


<u><b>Possible Reason:</b></u>  

Setting '<span style='color:red'>Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them</span>' is turned on. 



<u><b>Solution:</b></u> 

Clicks on Windows button and search for 'Mouse Settings'

<span style='color:red'>Turn off</span> the setting 'Scroll inactive windows when I hover over them'.

Re-login AutoCount and mouse wheel should be able to work correctly now.
