You have checked the checkbox of <b>'Use 2nd Description'</b> and you did not key in anything for 2nd Description at Account Maintenance.



<u><b>Solution:</b></u>
 
(1) Maintain the 2nd Description for each account. ... OR

(2) Before preview, make sure the checkbox of '<span style='color:red'>Use 2nd Description</span>' is unchecked.
