Troubleshooting: No result when inquiry Activity Stream
Question: I had purchased the Activity Stream module and enabled it from Module Setting. But why there is still nothing appeared when I try to inquiry from the Activity Stream function?
This is most probably you had not enable the option for Activity Stream. For it to work, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Tools > Options.
Step 2: Under General > Application Settings tab, look for “Enable Activity Stream” option and check the checkbox, then click on OK.
Step 3: Inquiry again on Activity Stream screen.
