<u><b>Possible Reason:</b></u>

Some of your Invoices or Purchase Invoices did not ‘<span style='color:red'>Post to GL</span>’. Thus, the amount will not be reflected in GL as well as outstanding reports.



<u><b>Solution:</b></u>

To check and make sure all the invoices are posted to GL, Click on <span style='color:red'>Others > Post to G/L</span>

Select which documents you wish to post to G/L and click on Post to G/L

Now, the amount is posted to G/L and reflected in outstanding column.

There is another way to post a document to GL, you may click on individual document and go to <span style='color:red'>Edit</span>, click on <span style='color:red'>Post to G/L</span>
