Troubleshooting: Permanent license becomes Trial license

Question: Permanent licence of my account book has been changed to Trial license after changing company name & address?

Answer:

AutoCount Accounting license for each account book is issued based on the company's registered name & address. Any changes of name or address will affect the validity of license. .

Solution:

To change company name, you need to provide SSM Form 13 to Autocount.

To change the address, you need to fill out "Change Address Form" from AutoCount.
