<u><b>Possible Reason:</b></u>

This is a known bug where A/P Payment character limit (80 character) is less than Creditor Company Name (100 character). This bug is fixed in version <span style='color:red'>1.9.010.43</span>.


<u><b>Solution (1):</b></u>

Look into Creditor Maintenance, examine the creditor name, <span style='color:red'>shorten creditor name</span> if it is too long, and <span style='color:red'>remove unnecessary empty spacing</span>.

<u><b>Solution (2):</b></u>

Update to Version <span style='color:red'>1.9.010.43 or later</span>, and you should be able to Save the A/P Payment.
