'''Question :''' When I want to delete a debtor, system prompted message “The value of column AccNo in table ItemPrice does not exist in its master file.” I’ve checked there is no any document issued to this debtor, but why still cannot delete?

<u><b>Possible Reason :</b></u>

You’ve maintained item price book for this debtor.


<u><b>Solution :</b></u>

1)	Go to <span style='color:red'>Stock > More Stock Maintenance > Item Price Book Maintenance</span>.

2)	<span style='color:red'>Filter</span> the <span style='color:red'>debtor</span> and click on <span style='color:red'>Edit</span>.

3)	You will see there are some items have set fixed price. <span style='color:red'>Check</span> the checkbox of <span style='color:red'>delete</span> and click on <span style='color:red'>OK</span>.

4)	Back to your Debtor Maintenance, now you are able to delete this debtor.
