Troubleshooting Payroll: Incorrect leave entitlement

Question: I’ve created a new leave entitlement for 2018, why the entitlement for some employees is zero? What should I do?

Possible Reason:

Most probably calculation of year of service from for your payroll is set to confirm date and you didn’t maintain the confirm date of an employees under Employee Maintenance. Thus, system is unable to calculate the leave entitlement.

Solution:

Maintain the Confirm Date for your employees, and click on Reset at Leave Entitlement. The Leave Entitled will be updated accordingly.
