Troubleshooting Payroll: Resigned staff still show in EPF Borang A
Question : The employee (Abu) resigned on 10 January 2018, why his name still show in EPF Borang A for February’18 ?
Possible Reason :
You may have maintained the resign date after February payroll transaction.
Solution :
1. Open payroll for February 2018
2. Right click on the resigned staff name and select for Purge.
3. Click on Yes to purge.
4. Now the resigned staff excluded from EPF Borang A.
