'''Question:''' I am using Update Quantity by channel to update quantity to channel. When I click on Update, there was error prompted “{“channel_id; “Invalid channel id (0).”}”. Why?

<u><b>Possible Reason :</b></u>

My Store channel is not supported in Update Quantity by Channel and you have selected Channel “My store” to update the quantity.



<u><b>Solution :</b></u>

<span style='color:red'>Uncheck “My store”</span> Sales Channel and click on <span style='color:red'>Inquiry</span>, then click on <span style='color:red'>Apply Balance Qty to Channel</span> and <span style='color:red'>Update</span> again.

<u><b>Notes:</b></u>

If you want to Update Quantity for My Store you need to use Update Quantity instead of Update Quantity by Channel.
