Accounting 2.2 - e-Invoice: Connection Failed. Please check your Internet Connection

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question: When I try to save the Company Profile, system prompted error "Connection Failed. Please check your Internet Connection.". Why?

Possible Reason (1):

Blocked access to our AIP server.

Solution (1):

You need to add exception or unblock it from your router settings to the following links:
a. myinvoice.autocountcloud.com
b. myinvoice-staging.autocountcloud.com

Possible Reason (2):

Running outdated Windows which are not supported by Microsoft such as Windows 7.

Solution (2):

These Windows does not have latest security updates and thus are unable to connect with our AIP server which runs a higher / better security mechanism. You need to find a PC which is newer OS and try.

Remark: This connection failed error might happen on Update e-Invoice Code List, Get TIN from AIP Server, or when submit e-Invoice.
