Accounting 2.2 - e-Invoice: LHDN login error: unauthorized client

From AutoCount Resource Center

Question: When I submit e-Invoice, submission failed with e-Invoice error "LHDN login error: unauthorized_client". Why?

Possible Reason:

1) The intermediary is not setup correctly, it might be you have set the intermediary in your individual profile instead of company profile.
2) It might be also the Intermediary's represent date range is not set correctly.

Solution (1):

1) Login to Myinvois Portal, go to View Taxpayer Profile > Representatives > Intermediaries, make sure that you add the intermediary at your company login.

Solution (2):

Check the Representation From date and Representation To date.

1) Go to Taxpayer Profile > Representatives > Intermediaries, click on Edit for AXXX_XXXXDN BHD intermediary.

2) Click on Continue.

3) If the Representation From date is not at least current date and Representation To date is outdated or passed, please correct it and remember to enable the permissions or else later it might cause other errors when performing submission. After that, click on Save.

4) Now you may try to resubmit for the Invoice.
