Bank Giro TroubleShooting: Inquiry OCBC Giro Payment Error

Question: When click on ‘Inquiry’ at OCBC Export GIRO Payment, there is an error prompted: ‘These columns don’t currently have unique values.’ How to solve this error?

Possible reason:

Giro Plugin does not support multi payment in one document.

Solution:

Filter the date range to find out those documents under this date range. Change the multiple payment to separate transaction or combine into single payment line.
