Bank Giro TroubleShooting: UOB Bank Giro Plugin error-Index and length must refer to a location within the string

Question: I am using UOB Giro Plugin, when I want to export text file, system prompted error -Index and Length must refer to a location within the string. Parameter name: length. What should I do?

Possible Reason:

Your payment method has filled with wrong info.

The Originating Bank Code must be 4 digits and Originating Branch Code must be 3 digits.

Solution:

1) Go to General Maintenance > Payment Method Maintenance, select your UOB giro payment method and click on Edit.

2) Edit the Originating Bank Code to 4 digits and Originating Branch Code to 3 digits.
Please make sure all UOB bank information are filled in correctly.

3) Now, you should success to export the text file.
