1) Go to <span style='color:red'>Human Resource > Claim Management > Claim Transaction </span>

2) Right click on the table and select <span style='color:red'>column chooser </span>.

3) At the column chooser> tick the action remark, then the appover’s status will show at the action remark coloumn
3) Check the checkbox of <span style='color:red'>Action Remark</span>
