1) Go to <span style='color:red'>Payroll > Employee > Employee Maintenance</span>.

2) Select the employee and click on <span style='color:red'>Edit</span>.

3) Click on the <span style='color:red'>profile icon</span>, select the <span style='color:red'>employee photo file</span> and click on <span style='color:red'>Open</span>.
