Cloud Payroll - How to disallow leave application when leave balance is zero

Question : How to disallow leave application when leave balance is zero

Answer :

1. Go to Tools > Leave Type

2. Select the leave type you wish to apply such control. Example AL, click edit icon

3. For the Limits, select Limited without Advance Leave.

4. Then click Save.

5. Now the employee will not be allowed to apply such leave type if its balance is zero.
