Question : My employee has high salary, why Process Payroll shows zero PCB amount?


Answer :

Your employee maintenance setting may be not complete.

1) Go to Payroll > Employee Maintenance.


2) Edit the employee.


3) Go to Statutory Requirement > Income Tax > Tax Status. Please make sure the tax status is set to Resident.


4) You may reset that particular employee payroll to apply the changes.
