Cloud Payroll - Payroll Management : Payroll User can access to few employees only: Difference between revisions

'''Question :''' I have invited anotherB as payroll user but why that userhe can only see certaina few employees? There is no filter set on the employee list.

1) Go to <span style='color:red'>SettingsTools > ToolsUser Setting > User Authorization</span>

2) Click on the <span style='color:red'>payrolledit userbutton email address</span>for the selected email address.

3) Go to <span style='color:red'>Authorized Employee AuthorizationGroups</span> tab and now you can see this user has only authorization for <span style='color:red'>STANDARDWAREHOUSE</span> employee group.

4) <span style='color:red'>Check</span> on the <span style='color:red'>Employee groupcheckboxes of employee groups </span> that you wantwish to allow this payroll user to access and process payroll. Then click on <span style='color:red'>Save</span>.
