FnB: Item did not show service type
Question :
I have set each table with default service type, but after selected item from menu and table is selected, the service type shows nothing?
Possible Reason :
You did not enable service charge at your POS BACKEND.
Solution :
1. Login POS Backend > Point Of Sale > Maintenance > Terminal Setting Maintenance
In Document Control Tab, Enable service charge function then click OK to save.
2. Then perform speed sync from your F&B system.
3. And now, you will able to see the service type after selected your item.
