POS User Group Maintenance helps to define the accessibility level of front end’s functions. The User Group will then assign to POS user in <span style=color:red><i>POS User Maintenance</i></span>. <br/>
There must be at least one User Group and by default the system has created one User Group which is Administrators.<br/>
You may wish to create a new User Group for normal cashiers and another one for supervisors, which will carry different accessibilities and responsibilities.<br/> [[File:FT01PUGM1.png]]<br/><br/>
<b>To create a new User Group:</b><br/>
1. Click New<br/>
2. Insert the User Group ID, Description and assign the appropriate access right to this group.<br/>

<b>To edit User Group:</b><br/>
1. Highlight the User Group which would like to be edited.<br/>
