Pos3/5/FNB: How to view stock balance from outlet to outlet

Question :

Currently my POS outlet able to check their own respective stock balance in the Check Stock Level function. They would like to check on outlet as well. Is this possible?

Answer :

Yes it is possible to do so.

Solution :

For POS3

To do so, login into your Backend and go to Point of Sales > Maintenance > Terminal Maintenance then select terminal of your choice and edit.

There will be a list of Locations available for you to tick. This is the place where you can choose which location's stock you want to view from this terminal. Check all if you wish to view all location stock.

Then go to Point of Sales > Autocount POS Sync > Edit your sync profile.

Select your terminal and click edit.

Make sure you untick the check box “Sync outlet location only”.

After that you may do sync & login into AutoCount POS Frontend.

Then go to More Function > Check Stock Level, search for your item and you can now find other location’s stock from the inquiry screen provided.

For POS5/FNB

Login into your Backend and go to Point of Sales > Maintenance > Terminal Maintenance then select terminal of your choice and edit.

There will be a list of Locations available for you to tick. This is the place where you can choose which location's stock you want to view from this terminal. Check all if you wish to view all location stock.
