Question :

I have inserted all information in FTP settings for POS Integration plugin , when I try to validate settings, it prompt “The remote server returned an error”. What does this error means?

Possible Reason :

Your remote Directory was inserted with incorrect path or remote server is offline.

Solution :

1. Remove your previous info in Remote Directory and insert (\)

2. After changed the info, click validate settings button to check your settings. If show successful, it means your settings are all correct, you may click the Save button.
