Pos5/FNB: Internet User login Error

Question :

When I login POS BACKEND, error message prompted “You access right setting does not allow you to login from Internet.”?

Possible Reason :

User ID does not have access rights to login as Internet User.

Solution :

1. Login Pos Backend > General Maintenance > User Maintenance

2. Select a User ID and click Edit button

3. Click Access Right Tab

4. Go to AutoCount Accounting > System > Security, assign the access rights for “Can Login from Internet” to the designated user.

Now, you will be able to login to POS BACKEND from internet.
