Pos5/FNB: When direct submit E-Invoive failed with TIN ownership error message.

Question :

During direct Submit eInvoice system prompts below error message:

Submit E-Invoice failed: TIN ownership is not validated. You may validate TIN ownership is this webpage: https://myinvoice.autocountcloud.com/validatetin/... (Code: E100)


Possible Reason :

Most probably is user not yet set MyInvois Portal Client ID & Secret under company profile.


Solution :

1. Go to Tools > Company Profile > e-Invoice Tab > under MyInois Portal box > fill in your Client ID & Client Secret > OK


2. Perform speed sync again.
