Pos: Close Counter Error - “There is no data for PosCashSeries table. You must go to pos option to maintain PosCashSeries table.”

Question: When I want to click on ‘Calculator’ icon, error message prompted: “There is no data for PosCashSeries table. You must go to pos option to maintain PosCashSeries table.” What should I do?



Possible reason:

Pos Cash series table has not been maintained.


Solution:

Step 1: Go to More Function > Configuration setting > General Setting > Cash computation



Step 2: Click on Cash Computation, then a table will appear as follow:


Step 3: Add in the cash series manually or just click on “Load Default” to auto load the cash series.
