Pos: Unable to dril down source document – Invalid Column Name

Question: when I want to drill down to source document in POS transaction viewer, error message “Unknown Sql Exception (Number=207, Message=Invalid column name ‘DeptNo’. Invalid column name ‘ProjNo’.)”

Possible Reason:

During upgrade of the system, there are some files not being updated.

Solution:

Go to Microsoft SQL Management Studio or AutoCount Accounting Management Studio and run the query as shown below: -

UPDATE Registry SET RegValue='3.32' WHERE RegID=900001

Then, re-login the system and try to drill down to source document again.
